G4G Mobile

Grind for the Green has partnered with Volta Mobile Solar to launch G4G Mobile, the organizations first micro-enterprise G4G Mobile.

G4G Mobile is an 8 paneled mobile solar trailer with 3,600 watts of energy. Part billboard, part renewable power source, part mobile classroom, the trailer provides solar power to public and private events and delivers eco-literacy workshops to schools throughout the Bay Area. Community based organizations and businesses  have the opportunity to brand the trailer and run video content on its two television screens as part of their marketing strategy. Satellite events outside of the trailer include: live performances, hands-on activities, cooking demonstrations, mobile device data collection and film screenings. G4G Mobile represents an innovative model of engagement by fusing the gap between micro-enterprise, culture, education and clean technologies.
